- Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare large cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
- Combine ingredients in bowl. Spoon level tablespoons onto pan, spacing 1-1/2 inches apart. Spread gently into 3-inch circles.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on pan. Use metal spatula to carefully remove from pan.
- Store in airtight container at room temperature. Serve as a snack, gluten-free cracker, or salad topping.
