INGREDIENTS

1-1/2 cups
finely shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup
finely chopped Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces
1 teaspoon
dried oregano

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare large cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine ingredients in bowl. Spoon level tablespoons onto pan, spacing 1-1/2 inches apart. Spread gently into 3-inch circles.
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on pan. Use metal spatula to carefully remove from pan.
  4. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Serve as a snack, gluten-free cracker, or salad topping.
